What our employees are saying

The Finance Development Program at Regions has been a phenomenal way for me to begin my career directly out of college. I am most grateful for the people I have been able to meet across the program. As an FDP analyst I get access to senior leadership who take time to answer my questions and share their own advice that they have gained during their careers. Going through different rotations has helped me gain exposure to several different groups across the bank which has helped me narrow down what I am interested in and what I am looking for in my career, while also developing new skills that will serve me going forward.
