Emerging Talent Program 

Our Corporate Bank Emerging Talent Program offers both intern and full-time analyst positions. 


Our Corporate Bank Intern Program is an 11-week hands-on experience in one of three tracks: Corporate Banking, Real Estate Banking or Commercial Banking. Throughout the summer, each intern will receive training, coaching and networking opportunities while also gaining experience with multiple teams. Interns in the Corporate Bank enjoy developing skills within a team environment, completing meaningful tasks and collaborating with senior managers on projects. Interns will also participate in a practical and technical curriculum that enhances skills and work experience.

Our Corporate Bank Analyst Program starts with an intensive six-week training course. During this time, Analysts will develop relationships with peers from across the Corporate Bank while participating in classroom instruction from experienced Regions bankers and outside consultants on financial accounting, corporate finance, credit analysis, financial modeling, valuation and more. For your first two years in the program, analysts will have the opportunity for continuous education, training and mentorship.

Analysts serve as key members of deal teams, providing credit underwriting support, drafting information memoranda, developing management and investor presentations and facilitating the deal process from start to finish. Real Estate Banking 
Real Estate Banking encompasses four business units focused on meeting the needs of professional real estate companies, developers and investors that meet our target client profiles: Regions Affordable Housing, Income Property Finance, Homebuilder Finance and Real Estate Corporate Banking. Analysts in Real Estate Banking serve as primary analytical support for bankers in the origination and execution of Real Estate Banking Products and services.

Commercial Banking
Regions Commercial Banking delivers credit and a wide range of products and services to general-industry clients with annual revenues between $1MM - $250MM. Analysts in Commercial Banking will work with geography-based deal teams and develop strong relationships with client management, credit officers,treasury management and other bankers.
