Our teams support every aspect of our business for generating consistent, sustainable long-term performance by delivering strategic direction for effective financial management and reporting. The partnerships and insights our teams provide directly contributes to the sound and effective financial performance of our company and how we execute our strategic financial plans.
Our associates have a wide variety of opportunities to grow their careers, based on their interests, both within these teams as well as across Regions. Our training and development programs build skills, knowledge and connections that help our associates learn, progress and succeed.
Audit
Our Audit team provides internal audit engagement services and are aligned with our business groups to perform audit activities including the development of process improvements from audit findings to address audit issues.
Finance
Accounting
Our Accounting team supports our business groups as subject matter experts for accounting activities, reporting and reconciliations that includes planning analysis and research in accordance with accepted accounting principals.
Treasury
Our Corporate Treasury team provides insights and solutions regarding the strategic management our company's overall balance sheet including both strategic and tactical decision-making for capital structure, working capital and treasury operations.
Corporate Tax
Our Corporate Tax team manages our tax policies and tax risk in collaboration with executives, senior management, business group leaders and finance teams as subject matter experts for tax procedures, compliance, tax accounting and forecasting.
