Our Technology, Operations, Digital and Data (TODD) Emerging Talent Program offers both summer intern and full-time positions. 

The TODD Summer Internship Program is an 11-week hands-on experience within the Technology, Operations, Digital & Data organization at Regions. Interns will be assigned to specific teams to complete meaningful projects, participate in Agile and other trainings, network with various leaders and participate in an AWS hackathon – resulting in valuable technical experience.

All internships are located at the Regions Riverchase Operations Center in Birmingham, Alabama*.
Recruitment for summer internship opportunities occur in fall and spring. 

At the end of the summer, interns will be given an opportunity to apply to our TODD Development Program. You must participate in the internship program to be recruited for the development program.

The TODD Development Program is a year-long rotational program consisting of two 6-month rotations within specific technology areas. Rotations take place on-site in our Birmingham or Atlanta offices*.

*Program tracks and locations might vary based on business needs.

TODD Interns in the Community

This past summer, our Technology, Operations, Digital and Data interns spent time honing their skills in cybersecurity, infrastructure, analytics and … landscaping?! The effort was coordinated with Friends of Avondale Park, a volunteer organization with over 150 members that supplements the work of the City of Birmingham’s Parks and Rec department to care for one of the most unique and widely used parks in the city.
A sense of mutual respect and mindfulness permeates our culture-in fact, it’s the key to our success.
