Frequently Asked Questions About Our Assessments
 ​​What happens after I apply?
When there is an assessment required for a position, you'll receive an email notification to the email address on your application with specific instructions on how to access and complete your assessment.
Be sure to check your spam and/or junk mail folders to make sure email communications to you do not get misrouted.


Is the assessment required?

Yes, the assessment is required in order to be considered for the position for which you applied.
Otherwise, your application will be incomplete.


How long do I have to complete the assessment?
You will have 5 days to complete the assessment after you apply.
After that time, your application will be incomplete and disqualified from the recruitment process.
 


What is the assessment?
The assessment is a timed simulation designed to evaluate your aptitude to perform in the position for which you applied. Please allow yourself 45-60 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete your assessment to ensure your best opportunity for success.

What do I need for the assessment? 
The assessment may be taken on a desktop computer, laptop computer, smartphone or tablet.
Computer or tablet are recommended devices to use for the assessment. 


What can I do to perform my best on the assessment?
Pay close attention to the supplied instructions and assessment information.
This will help you increase your chances of performing well and displaying your aptitude for the position.


What happens after I complete the assessment?
After you complete the assessment, if you’re successful, your application will be available to our Talent Acquisition team for review. If you’re not successful, you'll receive an email informing of that and you’ll no longer be considered for the position. You will be eligible to re-take the assessment after 90 days.

What if I've already completed the assessment?
If you have previously completed the position's assessment, your results will automatically load into our system after you re-apply. If you have already passed that position's assessment, you will not be required to retest.

*We have recently updated the Relationship Banker Assessment to create a better experience. If you’ve completed the previous version of the Relationship Banker Assessment, you will receive an email after you apply with instructions on how to complete this updated version of the assessment. After you successfully complete this updated version, you won’t be prompted to retest if you reapply for that position.


What happens if I'm not successful with the assessment?
This may indicate that the position is not the best fit for you right now. You can explore additional opportunities on our career site. Perhaps a better, more closely matched opportunity awaits for you.
