Our Consumer Bank Emerging Talent Program is a 12- month rotational development program within a specific Consumer Bank Business Group. Our Program is designed to develop exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills, gain exposure, and build relationships across a variety of business groups within the Consumer Bank. During the program, the Analyst will cultivate deep understanding of the Consumer Bank as they view the work from multiple perspectives and leverage leadership opportunities that position them for future growth. Following the 12 months, associates will be hired into a full-time Analyst role within one of the placement departments.

What You Can Expect:
  • Learn about Consumer Banking Group and gain hands on experience through job rotations.
  • Training, coaching, and cross-functional networking opportunites.
  • Development sessions for Emerging Talent Program participants. 
  • Exposure to senior leaders from across the company through Emerging Talent Program events.

Consumer Support & Performance
The Consumer Support & Performance Solutions program track includes rotations working within Retail Onboarding & Performance, Consumer Communications & Content, Project Management, and Consumer Fraud Strategy.

Consumer Insights
The Consumer Insights program track includes rotations working within Consumer Strategy, Customer Research and Experience, and Consumer Strategic Analytics.

Our Corporate Bank Analyst Program starts with an intensive six-week training course. During this time, Analysts will develop relationships with peers from across the Corporate Bank while participating in classroom instruction from experienced Regions bankers and outside consultants on financial accounting, corporate finance, credit analysis, financial modeling, valuation and more. For your first two years in the program, analysts will have the opportunity for continuous education, training and mentorship.

The Finance Development Program (FDP) Analyst Program is a transformative two-year rotational program within the Finance Division where associates rotate every six months across distinct areas of finance garnering valuable insights, diverse skill sets, and a holistic understanding of Finance. The Program provides associates with a broad experience that will allow them to think strategically and be able to make an impact early on in their career. FDP Analysts will gain a comprehensive picture of Finance before joining a team within Corporate Finance in a permanent role upon program completion.

The Human Resources Emerging Talent Program is a 12- month rotational development program. The Human Resources ETP Analyst will participate in a variety of HR related activities designed to refine technical knowledge, enhance leadership skills, encourage collaboration and networking, and demonstrate Regions’ values. During the program, the Analyst will complete up to three job rotations in various departments within Human Resources. Following the 12 months, associates will be hired into a full-time HR role within one of the placement departments.

Regions Emerging Talent Program Risk Management Analysts will gain hands on experience and exposure to various initiatives that are key priorities to enhance risk management principles and practices across the entire organization.

The Wealth Management Development Program is focused on developing an associate through exposure to one of the placement areas within Wealth Management. Throughout this program, you will be able to acquire a deep understanding of Wealth Management from a global perspective whether you are helping provide solutions for a client or institutions financial future, working on data and analytics to help provide results, or helping with asset allocation and portfolio management.

What You Can Expect:
