Regions Emerging Talent Program is an early career program, intended to build foundational skills and kickstart your career journey. Both interns and analysts are part of the Emerging Talent Program.

Typically, internships are for rising juniors or rising seniors. You must be a current student to be eligible for an internship. Full time analyst positions are for recent graduates who will graduate in the Fall or Spring before their position begins in the Summer.

If possible, complete an internship before accepting a full-time job so you know firsthand the job requirements. If you have not previously interned, spend time evaluating the skills required for each role. Apply to the positions that require skills you have and want to use regularly. You may also want to consider location and select roles that are based in the location where you want to live.

If the position you are interested in is not posted, there is not an active opening for it. However, you can complete our Emerging Talent Program Interest Form here which allows you to share your interest with our recruiters.

After final-round interviews are conducted, your Regions recruiter will communicate whether you will receive a job offer or not. Communications may come via email or phone call.

High performing interns may be offered the opportunity to join the bank full time after graduation. Upon the completion of the Analyst programs, you will continue to grow your career with Regions, which may mean promoting into a new role, continuing to develop in the analyst role or transferring to other groups. Each analyst will own their own career and can make decisions to best achieve career goals.
