Emerging Talent Program Experiences
"As an FDP analyst I get access to senior leadership who take time to answer my questions and share their own advice that they have gained during their careers. Going through different rotations has helped me gain exposure to several different groups across the bank which has helped me narrow down what I am interested in and what I am looking for in my career, while also developing new skills that will serve me going forward."
Steven BurbankTreasury Analyst, Birmingham
"Regions' Emerging Talent Program provides a valuable opportunity to connect with peers and leadership in various groups across the Corporate Bank. The support I received through the program enhanced my overall experience as a first-year analyst."
Specialized Industries Coverage Analyst, Charlotte
"Starting at Regions right out of college, I felt extremely welcomed beginning my career in the Finance Development Program. I found my full-time placement after the program in Investor Relations. The FDP program has laid my foundation for my career. It has jump started my career with exposure, networking, and learning & development. I am grateful for my experience thus far at Regions and am looking forward to the future of the FDP Program and Regions!"
